How to make a Grass Skirt

To make a Grass Skirt, shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass: 1½ oz gin, 1 oz Triple sec, 1 oz pineapple juice, 3 dashes grenadine and 1 oz pineapple.

    Add gin, triple sec, pineapple juice, grenadine and pineapple to a cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice.

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

    Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Why shake? Pineapple juice and pineapple need a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
