Measure
Dash
A dash is a very small amount, about 1 ml, usually shaken from a bottle of bitters with a dasher top.
In practice
One sharp flick of a bitters bottle gives about one dash. Drinky-Drink counts a dash as 1 ml, so 3 dashes is about 3 ml. Dashes vary with the bottle and how full it is, so treat them as a guide.
