How to make a Casino

You'll need

1 drink

Prefer it silky? Add an egg yolk and dry-shake first: that's the Casino Royale.

Instructions

  1. 1

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

  2. 2

Add gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.

  3. 3

    Fill the shaker with ice.

  4. 4

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

  5. 5

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.

  6. 6

    Garnish with a cherry.

Why shake? Lemon juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
