To make an Arthur Tompkins, shake with ice and strain into a sour glass: 2 oz gin, ½ oz Grand Marnier and ⅓ oz lemon juice. Garnish with lemon peel.

Chill a sour glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add gin, Grand Marnier and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
