To make a Waikiki Beachcomber, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: ¾ oz Triple sec, ¾ oz gin and ½ oz pineapple juice.

    Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

    Add triple sec, gin and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice.

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

    Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
