How to make a Hawaiian Cocktail
To make a Hawaiian Cocktail, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 2 oz gin, ½ oz Triple sec and ½ oz pineapple juice.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add gin, triple sec and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Why shake? Pineapple juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
