    Rim the glass: run a lime or lemon wedge around the outside edge, then roll the edge in salt on a small plate.

    Add mint, yoghurt, water and cumin seed to a blender with about a cup of ice.

    Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

    Pour into a highball glass.
