How to make a Pink Moon
To make a Pink Moon, shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass: 1½ oz gin, 1½ oz Coconut Liqueur, ¾ oz elderflower cordial and 1 oz lime juice. Garnish with blackberries.

Add gin, coconut liqueur, elderflower cordial and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Garnish with blackberries.
Why shake? Lime juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
