How to make a Vampiro
To make a Vampiro, blend with ice and pour into a rocks glass: 2 oz tequila, 1 oz tomato juice, 1 oz orange juice, ½ oz lime juice and 1 dash simple syrup. Garnish with salt.

Instructions

Rim the glass: run a lime or lemon wedge around the outside edge, then roll the edge in salt on a small plate.

Add tequila, tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice and simple syrup to a blender with about a cup of ice.

Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

Pour into a rocks glass.
Why blend? Blending tequila and tomato juice with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.
