To make a Midnight Manx, shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass: 1 oz Kahlua, 1 oz Baileys irish cream, Goldschlager, 2 oz heavy cream and 2 oz coffee.

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

    Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
