How to make a Quentin
To make a Quentin, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 1½ oz dark rum, ½ oz Kahlua, 1 oz light cream and 1 dash nutmeg.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add dark rum, Kahlua, light cream and nutmeg to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Why shake? Light cream blends in smoothly only with a hard shake.
