How to make a Cherry Rum
To make a Cherry Rum, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 1¼ oz light rum, ¼ oz Cherry brandy and ½ oz light cream.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add light rum, cherry brandy and light cream to a cocktail shaker.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
