How to make a Pure Passion
To make a Pure Passion, shake with ice and strain into a sour glass: 1⅓ oz rum, ⅔ oz Passoa, 1 oz lime juice, ½ oz passion fruit syrup and Peach Bitters. Garnish with mint.

Add rum, Passoa, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and peach bitters to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into a sour glass filled with fresh crushed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig.
Why shake? Lime juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
