How to make a Monkey Gland
To make a Monkey Gland, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 2 oz gin, ¼ oz Benedictine, ½ oz orange juice and ¼ oz grenadine.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add gin, Benedictine, orange juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.
