How to make a Figgy Thyme
To make a Figgy Thyme, shake with ice and strain into a highball glass: 2 oz vodka, ¼ oz honey, 3 figs, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters and tonic water. Garnish with thyme.

Add figs and honey to a cocktail shaker and press gently with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to release the juice.

Add vodka and Angostura bitters to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into a highball glass over one large ice cube.
