How to make a Long Vodka
To make a Long Vodka, shake with ice and strain into a highball glass: 1⅔ oz vodka, ½ oz lime, ¼ oz Angostura bitters and 3⅓ oz tonic water.

Add vodka, lime juice and Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Give it one gentle stir.
Why shake? Lime juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
