How to make a Virgin Mai Tai

To make a Virgin Mai Tai, shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass: ½ oz orgeat syrup, 1½ oz sweet and sour and 1½ oz orange juice. Garnish with cherry.

    Add orgeat syrup, sweet and sour and orange juice to a cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice.

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

    Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

    Garnish with a cherry.
