Dirty

A dirty Martini has olive brine added, which makes it cloudy and gives it a savory, salty taste.

In practice

Add a small splash of brine from a jar of olives, usually about ¼ to ½ oz, and garnish with olives. "Extra dirty" means more brine. Stir or shake it as you would a regular Martini.
