How to make a Scotch Cobbler

To make a Scotch Cobbler, build over ice in a rocks glass: 2 oz scotch, ¼ oz brandy, ¼ oz Curacao and 1 mint. Garnish with orange.

You'll need

1 drink

Instructions

  1. 1

Add mint leaves to a rocks glass and press gently with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to release the oils and juice.

  2. 2

Fill the glass with one large ice cube.

  3. 3

Pour in Scotch, brandy and curacao.

  4. 4

    Stir briefly to mix.

  5. 5

    Garnish with an orange wheel.

Why build it in the glass? Scotch, brandy and curacao only need a gentle stir, so there's no shaker to wash.
