How to make a Hunter's Moon
To make a Hunter's Moon, shake with ice and strain into a wine glass: ¾ oz vermouth, ⅓ oz simple syrup, 3⅓ oz lemonade and 2 blackberries. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Chill a wine glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add blackberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and press gently with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to mash it.

Add vermouth and lemonade to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled wine glass.
