How to make an Angel Face

To make an Angel Face, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: ½ oz Apricot brandy, ½ oz apple brandy and 1 oz gin.

    Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

    Add apricot brandy, apple brandy and gin to a cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice.

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

    Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.

Why shake? A hard shake chills the drink quickly and blends everything evenly.
