To make an After Five, layer carefully into a shot glass: Peppermint schnapps, Kahlua and Baileys irish cream.

Pour the ingredients into a shot glass one at a time, heaviest first (usually the sweetest, lowest-proof liquid) and lightest last.

Pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon held just above the drink, so each layer floats on the one below.
