How to make a Drinking Chocolate
To make a Drinking Chocolate, heat gently and pour into a mug: 2 oz heavy cream, 7 oz milk, 1 stick cinnamon, 1 vanilla, 2 oz chocolate and whipped cream.

Warm a mug by filling it with hot water, then empty it.

Heat heavy cream, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate gently in a small saucepan (or the microwave), stirring, until smooth and steaming, without letting it boil.

Pour it into the warmed mug.

Float whipped cream on top: pour it gently over the back of a spoon so it sits on the surface, without stirring.
Why heat it gently? Milk, cream and chocolate scorch if they boil.
