How to make a Golden Dream
To make a Golden Dream, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: ¾ oz Galliano, ¾ oz Triple Sec, ¾ oz orange juice and ½ oz cream.

Add Galliano, triple sec, orange juice and cream to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
Why shake? Orange juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly; cream blends in smoothly only with a hard shake.
