How to make a Bounty Hunter
To make a Bounty Hunter, shake with ice and strain into a margarita glass: 1½ oz rum, 1½ oz Coconut Liqueur, pineapple juice and prosecco. Garnish with blueberries.

Chill a margarita glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add rum, coconut liqueur and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.
