How to make a Blue Hurricane
To make a Blue Hurricane, blend with ice and pour into a highball glass: ¾ oz rum, ½ oz dark rum, ¼ oz Passoa, ¼ oz Blue Curacao and 1¼ oz sweet and sour.

Add rum, dark rum, Passoa, blue curacao and sweet and sour to a blender with about a cup of ice.

Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

Pour into a highball glass.
Why blend? Blending rum and dark rum with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.
