To make an Adam Sunrise, blend with ice and pour into a highball glass: ½ oz vodka, 5½ oz lemonade and 2½ oz simple syrup.

    Add vodka, lemonade and simple syrup to a blender with about a cup of ice.

    Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

Why blend? Blending vodka and lemonade with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.

No simple syrup? Blend in 3½ tbsp sugar instead.
