To make A Day at the Beach, shake with ice and strain into a highball glass: 1 oz Coconut rum, ½ oz Amaretto, 4 oz orange juice and ½ oz grenadine.

Add coconut rum, amaretto, orange juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
Why shake? Orange juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
